Jaw Crushing Plants

Grasan can offer a complete size range of portable jaw crushing plants with a variety of brands of jaw crushers, or you can supply us with a new or used jaw for installation on the chassis. All chassis frames are structurally engineered for strength and utilize high-strength wide flange steel beams. We can offer a variety of axle configurations to meet the loading requirements of the operation's state.

On most plants, we offer a "skid-on/skid-off" hopper feeder module for weight reduction and for easy plant assembly. Our hoppers are among the heaviest in the industry, using 3/4" plate wall construction with heavy angle reinforcing, and are available with 3/8" wear liners. The grizzly feeders come standard with hydraulic hydrostatic drives for variable speed control. Bypass chutes have steep valley angles, wear liners, and large clean-out doors. Our discharge conveyors are built extra heavy duty with impact bed sections under the crusher.
