The KR1010 is a
compact, self-contained, and highly mobile recycling crusher designed for small to
medium-sized jobs in cramped, urban areas. Yet it has the capacity and durability of
larger plants. Only 12'-6" high, 8'-6" wide, and 45' long, the KR1010 sets up in
15 minutes and processes concrete and asphalt rubble at up to 150 tons per hour. The
crusher is the Hazemag APSE1010Q primary impactor designed especially for recycling. The
crusher inlet is 40" wide to minimize pre-feed material preparation and has a hinged
inlet hood, hinged split housing, adjustable aprons, and large access door. The operator's
station and service walkway provide easy access to the crusher and the engine, which is a
240 hp, six cylinder John Deere 6081A diesel with a two year parts/labor warranty and
critical-duty exhaust silencer.
The
heavy-duty 42" x 14' vibrating grizzly feeder has a direct
coupled 30 hp hydraulic motor for variable speed control.
The 36" x 30' discharge conveyor is powered by a 7 1/2
hp hydraulic drive motor direct coupled to the head shaft.
Primary belt cleaner removes fines. Optional Self-Cleaning
magnetic separator removes steel mesh and rebar from crushed
material. Optional Grasan road-portable stockpiling conveyors
are powered by the plant's standard auxiliary hydraulic couplings.
