KRH1013 Crushing Plant

The HRH1013 is a compact, self-contained, and highly-mobile recycling crusher designed for small to medium-sized jobs in cramped, urban areas.  Yet it has the capacity and durability of larger plants.  Only 13'-6" high, 9'-6" wide, and 48' long, the KRH1013 sets up in 30 minutes and processes concrete and asphalt rubble at up to 200 tons per hour.  The crusher is the Hazemag APPH1013Q primary impactor designed especially for recycling.  The crusher inlet is 54" wide to minimize pre-feed material preparation and has a hinged inlet hood, hinged split housing, hydraulically-controlled aprons, and a large access door.  The operator's station and service walkway provide easy access to the crusher and the engine, which is a 425 hp, six cylinder John Deere 6125HF diesel with a two year parts/labor warranty and critical duty exhaust silencer.

The heavy-duty 48" x 16' vibrating grizzly feeder has a direct-coupled 40 hp hydraulic motor for variable speed control.  The 48" x 30' discharge conveyor is powered by a 10 hp hydraulic drive motor direct-coupled to the head shaft.  Primary belt cleaner removes fines.  Optional Self-Cleaning magnetic separator removes steel mesh and rebar from crushed material.  Optional Grasan road-portable stockpiling conveyors are powered by the plant's standard auxiliary hydraulic couplings.
