Road Portable Conveyors

Grasan road-portable, radial stacking conveyors can be set up and torn down easily. All-hydraulic operation is available, including power landing gear for truck hook-up, folding head and tail sections, power telescoping axles with hydraulic axle jacks, power raise and lower, and twin power travel units for radial positioning and stability on soft ground. Optional automatic hydraulic belt-tensioning system adjusts for desired tonnage.

Conveyors are available in 24" to 48" widths and up to 125' lengths. They are suitable for use in portable systems for concrete and asphalt recycling, aggregate crushing, sand and gravel, material processing, demolition operations, mining, and other bulk handling operations.

Road-portable conveyors are available in standard models or custom-engineered for special uses. Standard models offer tonnages up to 1,000 tons/hr. at up to 500 ft./min. belt speed.

Undercarriage has four heavy-duty tires on trunnion mount with air brakes. Radial receiving hopper features spilt, folding design for transport. Fifth wheel and signal lights are included.
