Stackable
truss conveyors allow you to transport numerous conveyors
on the same load by simply "stacking" them on a
flat-bed or drop-deck trailer. These conveyors are designed
with a 33" deep reinforced truss frame and all components
(other than drive) are enclosed within the truss frame. Available
in 24", 30", and 36" widths with lengths lengths
from 40' to 80'. The stackable conveyors come completely assembled
from the factory and can have a variety of options, such as
support legs and folding ends.
These conveyors are normally used as transfer conveyors in a portable quarry
operation. Their low profile makes them ideal to fit under discharge chutes with low
headroom. They are used in a "piggy back" configuration to transfer material
longer distances and still have the flexibility to shorten or lengthen the total transfer
distance by simply adding or removing conveyors.
