Electrical Controls

Grasan can provide complete electrical control systems for your quarry or recycling operation. From a simple one-starter panel with push button to a totally automatic computer-controlled system, we can help you select the level of control and automation you need. We incorporate safety into every system in the form of safety shutdowns, lockouts, interlocks, and warning horns. Grasan only works with suppliers that provide NEMA rated and sized components and uses circuit breakers instead of fuses, wherever possible.  We offer Cutler Hammer Devicenet.

We often provide for our customers a complete motor control center enclosed in a trailer van (new or used) with air conditioning, pop-up control cab, wall partitions, stairs, and an underslung receptacle box for use with quick-connect electrical fittings. We can even have your company name painted on the side of the trailer. For large crusher motors, we provide amperage monitors with overload warning indicators.  We can also provide flow indicators, zero speed switches, bin level indicators, and belt scales to totally automate your system.
